Income Tax Statement

Banco Bradesco, current bookkeeper of Sinqia’s shares, is responsible for sending the Income Tax Statement, according to the information provided by each shareholder’s brokerage firm. Therefore, it is extremely important that the registration is updated at the brokerage through which the operations are carried out.

Sinqia cannot issue and/or send the Income Tax Statement to shareholders, this being the sole responsibility of the bookkeeper.

As of this year, 2022, the income tax statement will no longer be sent in printed form and will be available exclusively in digital format, contributing to reducing printing costs and minimizing impacts to the environment environment.

To access this document, the investor must access the Portal de Documentos DigitaisPDD (documentosdigitaiscustodia.bradesco), a platform created that allows the viewing, printing and downloading of documents in a fully digital way, according to the procedures below:

1) In the portal documentosdigitaiscustodia.bradesco, click in “Primeiro Acesso“;
2) Type in your CPF and date of birth. In the case of legal entities, type in the CNPJ and the date of foundation;
3) To verify your identity, choose between the options: phone number or email;
4) Enter the code received and create your password
5) Now that your login has been created just enter your CPF or CNPJ and the registered password.

In addition, for Bradesco account holders, the consulting and issuance of the Income Report is maintained via Internet Banking/Investments/Consultations. In “Ativos Escriturais“, select the option “Consulta Informe de Rendimentos – 2ª via“.
