We inform that was approved, in a quota-holders’ meeting held on this date, the incorporation by Senior Solution Consultoria em Informática Ltda. of its wholly-owned subsidiary Stock & Info Ltda. (“Stock & Info”), with no change in the Company’s equity, aiming to (i) reduce operating expenses in a beneficial manner to shareholders; and (ii) enable the use of tax benefits related to the goodwill amortization generated on the Stock & Info’s acquisition, which will result in an estimated tax shield of up to R$ 1.6 million, to be earned at least over 5 years.
